Third Stage Jazz Band was founded by none other than the Ladner Band Festival’s founder, Mr. Curt Jantzen, and many of its members are founding members of the Delta Music Makers Concert Band.

This group has been performing big band jazz throughout the Lower Mainland since 1985, and has had Mr. Dave Fullerton as its director since 1994.

Several years ago the band competed in the Kiwanis Fraser Valley Music Festival, and was awarded the trophy for Most Outstanding Jazz Ensemble.

They meet on Wednesday nights at Dave’s school, Semiahmoo Secondary in South Surrey.

Third Stage is very pleased to be a part of the Ladner Band Festival.
